Sport specific strength training is the heart of my expertise. I use specific biomechanical and neuromuscular testing related to your sport to identify your weaknesses and correct them in order to immediately improve your performance. I also use predictor lifts and specific energy system tests to establish your starting point. I will design your training program based on the results of your tests and periodically adjust your training program specifically for your genetic make up and the sport you play. Remember that the amount of time that you spend with me is directly correlated to your level of success.
